“It was what I look for in a place to stay. Staff was great room was very clean and the continental was really good. It was everything I look for in a hotel. My husband and I just retired after 30 years. We worked at a State Resort Park in Ky. So we really look at how maintained and the cleanliness of the facilities. Continental breakfast was replenished. It just was a really good experience.”

“Read reviews prior to booking and did not notice any issues. We had two young children (under 2 yrs) with us. Originally going to put us on the 2nd floor but no elevator - not feasible. They found us a first floor room that worked. Initially it looked fine - no issues, clean, quiet, etc. First night was fine other than daughter went out for a smoke before bed and noticed some lady creeping around the corner watching her. Second day - walked out and a couple were having an argument in the……

“I would not recommend this hotel. The ceiling above the shower was coming down, the towel holder in the bathroom was falling off the wall, the new flooring didn’t reach behind the toilet, a picture was removed from above the bed but the metal clips were still hanging there. And the batteries died in the card device of our room door so our security cards wouldn’t work. It was a Sunday and maintenance doesn’t work on the weekends. The front desk had to use a makeshift wire and string to feed under……

“Thank you for honoring our request for a upper level room in a quiet corner away from the highway. Perfect room and location for a well needed respite. Very quiet atmoshpere, excellent cleaning of the room and set up. Our only issue was the air conditioner and thermostat as we attempted numerous times to adjust the blowing of cold air through out our stay. We also called the front desk and attempted their solution. Lobby area was welcoming and open. As it was our first time not sure if there was……

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
