“ The hotel is not very clean.”

“Unfortunately there are few options in downtown Kenosha for staying overnight. You can stay here where they have made some upgrades but have done shoddy work. The drywall work is touch and patchy, the towel hangers come off the wall. Or you can stay at the Stella where the mattresses are like stone. The staff is great. But management and maintenance should step it up with their contractors on their upgrades. Or reduce the rates to meet expectation. ”

“This place was having a bad day. The fire alarm kept randomly going off in the middle of the night. When we woke up in the morning there was water flowing from the ceiling and water down the hallways on at least two levels. There were holes smashed in the walls. There were people with vacuums and hoses everywhere. It was a complete disaster. ”

“Staff was funny,friendly and helpful. Location is nice and everything was clean and beds comfortable. Pool was a little small. Breakfast was good. ”
