“Manor on the Mile 2 is a clean, modern, and pristine rural property, away from, yet very close to many urban locations. We will definitely go back should when we need to stay in the area. Sweet host, too.”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“Check in I was not given the room that I requested at time of booking. Staff did not have control of property. Who was packed with people on until 12:30 Am Children running the halls and kicking doors at least four times till 2 AM. Called front desk about 12 AM and they stated that they were trying to get things under control.”

“The breakfast was good .. it’s all the same eggs potatoes and bacon or sausages . But you save money on breakfast. The front desk staff was super welcoming and helpful. The rooms were nice .. housekeeping does somewhat of a good job with the rooms .. I was expecting more of a better experience with the housekeeping service.”

“Everything was handled very well. Staff, breakfast, cleanliness. The lobby was easy and mellow to hang in with a basketball team.”

“It would be beneficial for the staff to not talk or discuss business problems in front of customers, especially when wanting to check in. The bathroom drain definitely needs a deep clean to get rid of any smells.”

“Mirror was so dirty in bathroom I had to clean it to see anything. Was able to get an early check in which was much appreciated for a wedding we were attending. Heard hot tub had green slim around the entrance so didn’t even try it.”

“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Hotel has no AC and no one tells you about it!!! deskfront lady very rude to everyone asking for a fan telling us to call corporate, then needed toilet paper and they told us to come get it or wait an hour because they were busy doing something else, horrible! worst stay ever, stay somewhere else! ”
