"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Penn Stroud! From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel beautifully blends historic charm with modern comfort, and everything was spotless and well maintained. Our room was spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town with easy access to shops and restaurants, yet still peaceful and relaxing. You can truly tell they care about their guests and take pride in the experience they provide. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend The Penn Stroud to anyone visiting the area!"

"The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The room was well laid out and spacious. The hotel rooms are in a different building than check-in, the lobby, breakfast and the pool. It’s not a far walk, but it was unusual. The kitchen is a full kitchen, which is greatly appreciated. The room was comfortable but the carpet had a little damage and discoloration in a small area, looking like it was not clean at first glance but quite visible as the area was prominent. Turns out it was damaged, not unclean. Not perfect, but the room was a very good value and very acceptable. The shower was great and the water was hot. I would certainly stay there again."

"Perfect for a solo trip. Room was clean and cozy. They let me park all day in the garage, despite the 11am check out, which is a huge perk. Hot tub is nice, too."

"Staff is nice. Rooms renovated but not fully. Old toilets too low to the floor. No new shower heads or sync faucet. Have to jump up a little to get on the bed.And I am five ten. Also the internet is very spotty."

Beyond the cleanliness, the staff is incredibly accommodating and friendly—they truly make you feel welcome every time you walk through the door. ​The location is fantastic as well; it’s very easy to get to and conveniently situated near everything I need.
