“Very good experience”

“We had an absolutely perfect stay. Even though we were there in the rain the hotel couldn’t have been better. Spotlessly clean even in stairways. Breakfast was excellent and the evening snacks while completely unexpected were top notch. The staff were all incredibly kind and welcoming right from arrival to checkout and in the cafe. The walk to town is along a path by the river and just a short walk and umbrellas were available even in weather is rainy. With the rain we made use of the pool……

“My husband and 2 daughters stayed for 7 nights at the Gastof Eiserne Hand while visiting the area to ski and watch the Free Ride World Tour event. They had the most amazing hospitality from Markus and Micel and stated "it was the best place we have ever stayed". The beds were comfortable, the location beautiful, the breakfast delicous and the after dinner schnaps very much enjoyed. Markus and Micel are two of the best hosts you'll every find, kind, gracious and accomadating. We can't wait to……

“All great but reception staff. Everything else very good. Location, clean , room , housekeeping staff . Additional pool and steam and spa”

“Excellent breakfast. There was a shuttle bus as promised, but on busy mornings it could not take all skiers. Also, it did not run during the evenings, so you had to take the car to the town for dinner. We had two rooms and one was bigger than the other. Neither room had a desk which made it difficult to work. Nice warm spa area. The parking fee was strange as there is no way to get to the hotel other than by car, there are plenty of space and far from anything else.”

“The staff when I check in is so nice and patient to explain the location and how to stay and ski in the area with great details. I really appreciate. The hotel is easy to access with minutes walk to the beautiful village. The location is very close to the ski area with bus transportation for two stations, or 10 minutes walk. The hotel is nicely decorated, clean and warm. The breakfast is also very nice. I enjoyed the stay. ”

“Clean room, good shower. Parking is available if you ask at hotel Romantic. Lovely roof terrace. I didn’t like the self check in by computer as we couldn’t get the English to work. To be fair a reception came through from Romantic to help. I would stay there if we came back rather than the Fish. The hallway smells strongly of fish from the restaurant. You need to get control for the air con from the romantic reception. There was something not right with ours as it made a really awful booming……
