“Business is good therefore lacking of enough manpower when customers check out.
They forced to provide keys to park car downstairs hotel.
But asked customers to wait more than 15 mins when we need car to leave.
Also, no heater when temperature was 8-10 degree outside. Their feedback is it is still summer so their central heater can not work.
This kind of equipment is not good enough if they cost higher fee.”

“Wonderful stay at the Schloss! Rooms are very clean with a ton of character. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. We loved the spa area with the sauna and pool. And we had two excellent breakfasts and two excellent dinners at their on site restaurant. Not to be missed!”

“My stay at Hotel Salzburgerhof was truly wonderful. The service from all the staff was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well-maintained. The hotel facilities are beautiful and comfortable, adding a touch of luxury to the experience. Breakfast was varied, delicious, and definitely worth trying. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and luxury in Zell am See.””
