"Staff was nice, some employees were a little abrupt. All casino staff was great. We stayed in the tower that had some renovations and the mattress were absolutely horrible. "

Our bathroom amenities kit and tissue were empty when we arrived to our room and were not filled when housekeeping came the next day. Room service was delivered in to go boxes in a paper bag. Overall very disappointed in the room. "

"The property was not totally clean. Neither was our room. The staff was 50-50 on friendliness. The elevator was broken and they didn’t want to believe us. But they finally went to check it out and fixed it. I was stuck in Chicago overnight trying to get there because our flights were delayed that made us miss our connection and they charged us for the room anyway. It wasn’t completely horrible, but I would not stay there again."
