“No Hot-water”

“Me gustó el hotel, la limpieza era 10/10 el personal muy atento. En varias ocasiones nos atendió Vilmarie y fue muy amable nos ayudó mucho y nos fuimos muy encantados con ella. Siento que el Laundry deberían mejorarlo y ponerlo más bonito de lo demás nos fuimos muy contentos !!!! ”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

Todo lo demas excelente, buen ambiente, vista hermosa, campo, paz, clima bueno, habitación limpia comoda, piscina limpia, rio bello llano y accesible, restaurante del tablado con buena comida, buena presentación y precios económicos. ¡Gracias por la experiencia, volveremos pronto!”

“Nice property. Too many restrictions related to check in and check out times related to lack of personnel working late or too early. No food alternatives after 8 pm or before 8 am. ”

“The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. It may not be modern yet provides all the comforts and needs. Has a boutique style courtyard and the staff are excellent and attentive. It’s away from the loud bar scene in center of town yet a walkable distance to get there. Would definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel was beautiful, especially the view. Parking was easy, right there. The restaurant was closed the 2 days we were there. The only thing the rooms need is a small refrigerator. Especially being in a warm climate and going to the beach or on excursions, it would be nice to be able to keep drinks cold in your room when you are there. ”
