Friendly when we checked in. Did nice job cleaning our room. Breakfast was extra nice. The chef made delicious scrambled eggs and potatoes in particular. It was appreciated.
Sister thought the bed to much on top. I thought it was great for my hips. Hard for me to find a comfortable bed. Holiday In.n Express is my go-to hotel. Selection of pillow was nice as well.

This hotel was definitely nice & clean.The only complaint I have is that we stayed 2 nights & the 2nd day,their wasn’t any room service.I called twice at the service desk to bring new towels & after we had supper,I still had to go down to the desk myself to get the towels.For this hotel to be this nice,that was ridiculous.

I've been to Nashville three times now, and have really come to appreciate the small-town feel and overall friendliness of Franklin. This hotel was family-friendly and welcoming, with lemon-infused ice water and sweet tea available in the lobby as you walk in. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the proximity to both downtown Franklin and Nashville. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

My husband and I stopped on our way home from Florida. We chose this hotel because it was a little lower priced than the other hotels around the same area. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was hot and with wide range of choices. Area was very nice with lots of restaurants close by and staff was very nice. We will stay again!

I have stayed at this hotel many times, as my job used to take me to nashville often. I have stayed at this location something long the lines of 5 or 6 times. The hotel is fantastic and staff is great. The Antioch area is getting pretty bad, Im from Chicago which that says something on area condition. I will continue to stay here and i see that the hotel has lot security.. i would say they might need to step up with the people in the lot who are not staying at the hotel. it does not bother me...
