“4 star aesthetic with a 2 star delivery. This place is a disaster. We arrived and the reception office was closed. At 6pm. We get to the room and the AC doesn’t work. They send over an engineer who attempts to fix it and the repair lasts 15 minutes. There is not a single operable window in the entire suite so it was 80 degrees all night. Then we try to take a bath. Jets don’t work. We were offered lots of apologies. Nothing else. No further attempt at repair. The next morning, they ran out of……

“The Old Taos Guesthouse is such a gem. The property is a little outside Taos in a very peaceful setting. The property and the rooms are beautiful and exude character. Coffee and tea are available 24/7. They serve an amazing breakfast, with everything homemade. It was the best quiche I’ve ever had. We enjoyed lounging on the property in the evening and listening to the birds. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Taos.”
