“From check-in to check-out the staff were accommodating, attentive, and courteous. The room was perfect in every way for myself, my husband, and two adult sons. LOVED the natural soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion! What I disliked was the very personal and loud conversation of 2 female staff on 7/12/26 at the continental breakfast. It interfered with my morning solitude .”

“The property is very dated, dark and depressing. There is no grass or yard around the pool area, and you had to go through a colony of gophers to get to the pool. The breakfast was good, but the area again was dark, hot and grease smelling. Never again!”

“This accommodation is positioned outside of town in a local neighborhood. While the property is not in a remote location, it is relatively enclosed with obscured views of nearby residential streets and houses. The guesthouse features a relatively small number of rooms each with individual external access. The rooms open to a central courtyard with external seating outside of most of them. Guests have access to a small cozy dining area open 24/7 that features coffee/tea, small library of books……

“The front desk people were unfriendly and sat in their office while we waited in the lobby to check in. When asked about the area, they seemed annoyed that we were interrupting their siesta . The parking was a problem due to tree trimming and there was no elevator to get to our second floor room. Not worth the price.”

“This property can be valet only at random times, be advised they do not lend out luggage carts. You will have to have the valet wait while you select the bags you want them to bring up the room. It’s awkward following them on foot while they park your car, then they watch you while you select which bags you want brought up. This system does not work well if you do not want your bags handled by someone else or do not want anyone else knowing what is remaining in your vehicle. The valet was very……

“Our room faced the river. It was serene as could be. The place was charming as could be. Everyone there seemed so happy. It was like stepping back in time. Red River is gorgeous. So affordable compared to Colorado. We will be returning often.”

“The cabin was beautiful inside. It was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Just a short walk from our cabin was an awesome fire pit with free s’mores and corn hole boards. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This hotel has amazing front desk staff: period. Thank you! Great pool The Suites are pretty good layout but the cleanliness/upkeep of the furnishing is not so good. My daughter was supposed to sleep on the pull out sofa but she was horrified of the stained couch so didn't sleep there. There is also an open part under the front door of the rooms so she was always worried something was going to crawl in :( Unfortunately, the night we wanted to eat in the restaurant they could not serve us at……
