Room was a nice size, clean and the king bed was sooo comfortable. Had a walk in shower that was great. Only complaints would be the dim lighting and lack of a full length mirror. Front desk girl was very nice and helpful as well. Would stay again if in Asheville.

Was horrible! First got there used the elevator to go to our room and the elevator made a move that felt like we were falling! So we had to use the stairs the whole time (mind u I’m handicap) when told they said oh it’s okay to use we just had it fixed last week. Never again will I stay there!!!

Bed bugs. Out of date food on the breakfast buffet. Got bit 3 days in a row and only the night shift staff wanted to help me. Everyone during the day shift acted like I was the problem. I have not been issued a refund and waited approx 2 weeks to post this review. I was refunded my 150$ depost so I know I didnt do any damages. But i would like my money back. i even left a day early on my stay. They tried to say the bedbugs came from us...yet we showed them coming out of there beds and we have not been bit since.
