“First note - This is a 3rd floor property with no elevator. It’s going to be a lot of stairs on virtually every trip up and down from the condo. That is really the only con of the property. Therefore I wouldn’t recommend this place for people who struggle to get around or can’t EASILY climb three flights of stairs. “Room had outdated furniture with rips underneath, didn't have a pullout couch for sleeping but had a small futon not big enough for an adult. Decor was lacking. No tabke lamps or pictures in living room. Just a plain wall. Not enough seating in living room for 6. No rugs. Not enough toilet paper, trash bags or dishwasher detergent for the week. We got a used sponge in the kitchen. The kitchen table was outdated and only sat 4 and we had 5 but were planning to have 6 but one cancelled. No……

“Wish it had white sheets and the room seemed a little dirty. Amazing area sooo close to the beach in a non crowded spot. Convince store near by and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. A long walk to the pier but a short uber to get there. Pool was also a nice area to hang out at night.”

“The condo was absolutely perfect. We were contacted a couple hours before our check in time by the property manager. She was super nice and just wanted to make sure we had our key codes and if there were any questions. Everything was great during the stay. Definitely would recommend staying.”

“A great place, perfect location, and perfect views. The ONLY reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that the bedroom I was sleeping in was not as clean as I expected. We brought our own sheets, as directed, but the room had a bad smell when we walked in (stale, and somewhat like urine). The quilt/blanket on the bed wasn't fresh, and there were hairs on the mattress cover, in the sink and on the side of bathtub. I took the mattress cover and blanket off, put our sheets on the bed and slept that way……

The elevators were not working (or not working consistently) which would have been a no go had we known, as this is a 3rd floor apt. The furniture in the living room needs to be replaced, just looking at the couch you could see that it was barely usable, cushions depleted, entire seating area sunken.
