“We enjoyed our stay very much! The location can't be beat. Room was clean and welcome basket was a special treat. The cleaning staff forgot to empty the large bin in the "kitchen" area, but that wasn't a big deal. You can clearly hear conversations and music from other rooms, either beside or below. Don't forget to hit the "lock" button on the main door into the hotel, it did not lock automatically. ”

“We were very disappointed after being woken up 7 times during the night with the toilet making a horrible noise. We had to flush it, so it would stop. We told them at checkout and they couldn't credit us anything because we booked through Expedia. The AC vent in our room was absolutely disgusting. It had mold on it and needed to be cleaned. The ice machine on our floor was broken, so we had to search for another ice machine on multiple other floors. We were surprised that a Hilton Tapestry……
