The hotel is quiet, elegant, and very well maintained. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth and efficient. What truly made this stay special was the thoughtfulness of the staff. Prior to arrival, I had mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday. When we checked in, we were genuinely touched to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake along with a handwritten card from the hotel team. That level of care and attention to detail is rare and deeply appreciated. Every interaction we had with the staff felt warm, professional, and sincere. This hotel is not only an excellent choice for business travel, but also perfect for families or special occasions. It is close to the interstate, shopping, and restaurants. There is a beautiful park just outside of the hotel. Parking is easy; however, it is tight if you’re driving a full-size SUV. Our room was not ready at check-in time. We had to wait over an hour beyond check-in time. The room looked as shown in the pictures. The fridge was not very cold, despite being on the coldest setting. The gym was in good condition; however, the pool is very dated and the lining looks a bit gross. We ordered room service for dinner one night. The food came quickly, was warm, and delicious.
