The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was okay. Parking was horrible. The customer service is very poor (valet drivers, front desk, and the kitchen staff). This has been the first hotel I've ever stayed at that everyone with the staff was rude. It is poignant when others are talking about the staff rudeness. Where did you find those people?

Pluses: Did not face any problems related to the hotel room or available facilities, which is big when you travel with family. Breakfast was excellent, rooms and entire hotel was clean and there were no hiccups. Minus: Parking was not provided as part of booking and valet parking was very expensive. For my 3 day stay it would have cost me another day's room rent had I took the option.

close to everything, had everything needed in hotel room, when we checked in they did not have any luggage carts at all available, they stated they only had three and they were probably in customers rooms, but did not bother to offer to find us one. valet parking was good, a little too expensive but was ok.

The forced valet parking is a scam. $45/night and our ended up with a ding. Only people who could’ve dinged it is the valets bc you’re not allowed to drive or go to your car without them.

I loved the location of the property and how walkable many different attractions were. What I didn't like was how expensive the valet parking was. $45 a day/night is a bit steep especially when you've already paid a fair amount for the cost of the room.
