With an 18ft brick wall and 12ft windows, this top-floor factory loft really lets the light in. Read a book in our cozy swing chair, sink into our saddle leather couch, work at our custom wooden desk, and take in the view of rustic industry. This is the perfect place to create, produce, or lounge.

The location is everything. We are smack dab in Cabbagetown, across the street from bars, restaurants, and shops. 5-minute walk to the Beltline, 10-minute walk to Krog Street Market, 5-minute drive to the Zoo and 5-minute drive to Ponce City Market.
