Room for a lot of improvements
While the premises looks great in pictures, I found a lot of short comings that need addressed. First off the check in time needs to be much earlier than 4PM and while I had requested earlier check in, no attempt was made to have the premises ready on time or wasI informed that the apartment won't be ready. It was a bit difficult finding the building and it would be good to send a map to the guests to show exactly where the building is. Once the appartment was cleaned for us, I found a lot of things that weren't replaced or left as is. Bedsheets were not replaced, and i am not sure if the towels were either. Ammenities were not replinished and there was no soap in one of the washrooms. There were limited number of towels that were left unused from last visitor and no new or fresh towels. There were no extra bed sheets, towels and no blankets either. I think there shouldve been there in a closet or a dresser drawer but there were none. No cups and coffee pods that can be considered useable. The cups that were there were tiny, meant for espresso shots. This place has a lot of potential but compared to similar priced place i rented earlier, this place felt lacking and not clean and welcoming at all. Looks great in puctures but lacks in real substance.
