"I stayed at the Zhero Hotel for 20 days on a long ski vacation with my 16-year old son. The hotel is nice and with great facilities. The staff was always smiling and attentive. The breakfast had everything you would expect, and more. Service always great. Dinner was sophisticated. Menus were elaborate 5 course, where one could appreciate an effort to provide something special. Sometimes dinner felt too long, but overall it was great. Many great ski centers are nearby. "

They had a underground car park which was safe and clean and was ideal for my motorbike. Ski bus operated by the hotel twice in the morning but the public ski bus is right in front of the hotel as well. "This property is exactly as advertised. I found it very nice. The people were nice even though we couldn’t understand each other, communicating was smooth. The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because we never got the wifi password. It wasn’t included in any papers or in the room. I didn’t seek it out past that so it may have been easily obtained had I called. Very nice time here, beautiful quiet area. "
