“Very nice historic lobby and bar with soaring ceilings.
Very welcoming front desk arrival. Valet parking service very good. Room was fresh and light. Generous towels and bathroom amenities.
TV via satellite, ample channels, satellite reception annoyingly kept failing.No ability to stream own device, whole set up needs updating. Wifi good on property. Disappointed not to have a business center & no ability to send a FedEx from the hotel. Was told I had to drive to the other side of the island……

“Check in on arrival was disastrous, rude staff and not interested in doing their job. Room was supposedly a “Superior” room, 5-star quality, but was simply not even close. No door on bathroom. No door on closet (a curtain instead) and as basic as they come. Pool area we visited was very clean and service was good. Meals at top restaurants were excellent. Breakfast buffet was good. Hotel and amenities are very expensive. This is not the place for budget conscious travel. Julie (Director) saved……
