"The entire hotel needs updating. There were two elevators but only one worked. There was a reddish stain on the carpet in front of the pull out bed, and next to the balcony door you can see light coming from the outside. We heard outside noise from the street below on the 7th floor."

"I just can’t say enough about how kind and accommodating the staff was to us for our stay. I reserved a room because my 10yr old daughter had EOG testing at WCU just up the road. Long story, but I had to bring her from TN to Asheville for the testing over two day. The staff was beyond understanding and helpful with our situation getting to the hotel early and letting us check-in so my daughter could rest and relax before her first test on Tuesday. Then they doubled down and allowed us to check out late so we weren’t just driving around in the truck for a couple hours waiting for her last test to start on Wednesday. I can’t begin to say how grateful we are for their kindness and understanding."
