“I normally do not leave bad reviews, but this experience was honestly horrible and very upsetting for my family. When we first walked into the hotel, we noticed dog hair all over the couch. I brushed it off because I understand people travel with pets and tried not to make a big deal about it. Later that night around 11 PM, my husband went into the bathroom and turned on the light when he saw a roach come out from the sink. After hearing that, I immediately panicked because I have a huge fear of……

“Incredibly welcoming home! Owner had decorated for holidays & messaged in advance to make sure we were ok with holiday decorations (every thoughtful!). Check in was as described, & owner messaged to check that all was ok. We hit during a very cold spell but heat was more than adequate. Every room had a different personality, very thoughtful & with little personal thouches throughout (games, pillows, blankets, etc). The kids loved the HP bunk room & adjacent game room (a lot of family……
