"The hotel was a very short walk to the train station. Each room had a balcony, and ours had a view of the Matterhorn. The floor of the shower had a crack, was apparently leaking, and causing dry rot at the base of the door frame of the bathroom (we reported this to the front desk.) The breakfast was ample, attractively displayed, and tasty. Each room had a small safe for storing valuables when away from the room."

The hotel itself is gorgeous and exceptional—beautiful, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for during our stay in Switzerland.
