"The clerk at the desk, I cannot, for the life of me, remember her name. She was WONDERFUL!!! She remembered us from last month. In the morning, we woke up a bit late so when we tried to get the waffles for the (included) breakfast, Starla came and helped get the batter to make them. Someone had just took all of the sausage and Starla refilled those too. The place looks like it is well taken care of. We have not been able to try the pool yet but maybe next trip! Great place!! Will be making this our favorite place in New Buffalo, MI "

"Breakfast was hot. Room was clean but unfortunately the first night our personal hot tub did not work. The owners fixed it and it worked great however we came back that evening to our room door not locked. Then the next day our room was not cleaned. Otherwise staff was very friendly and understanding of our concerns. "

"Good price! The hotel looked new or renovated, room was clean, and beds and pillows were really comfy. Enough parking. They accept pets. Free breakfast. The only thing that is keeping me from giving them 5 stars is the breakfast. The only thing I look forward in a continental breakfast is the oatmeal. For the price I paid I didn’t expect much. But the oatmeal here was really thick and dry 😞. So I only ate an orange. If we put aside breakfast, rooms and service are excellent!"

"It doesn't mention anywhere on their site it's at the pool is not open. We're traveling with a small child and the pool was selling point for us! Who was closed I guess they're doing major renovations."
