“It was like something out of a scary movie. I was greeted by a broken front door, a lobby in disarray, overgrown bushes, and the person on duty looking at a slate of 32 security cameras around the place. The room was old, and whoever painted it last forgot to touch up or use drop cloths, in between missing spots. It felt like a halfway house for transient people.....and the state forgot to inspect it . On the bright side the TV and mini fridge did work and I had a roof over my head that……
