“This is a wonderful place to stay if you want a peaceful experience. The place has such a calming vibe and wonderful staff. The access to the beach was one of biggest enjoyment. I can’t say one negative thing about this hotel. Book, book, book!!!! You will not be disappointed.”

“We arrived at this hotel during the evening. We were welcomed by a lovely member of staff whom checked us in and directed us to the free parking area. We then went to our room which was a good size double room with a good size bathroom. The hotel looks very nice, clean and welcoming. We would reccomend a stay here. It’s centrally located in the little town. We had issues with the heating, which wasn’t working and we received an electric heater straightaway. Just one suggestion: there……

“I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind regards Ian Hazeel.”

“Seemed like there were not enough staff to cater for the number of guests - considering its still May that may explain why this is. Everything was good, just very long queues at all the bars. In previous years this has been managed from all sides of the bar but this time round it was single file in both the pool and lobby bar. This put off some guests at times Will return again!”

“My partner and I stayed here and loved it. Other reviews already mention the location; I’ll add that it’s closest to the nicest beach on the shore. The gym had plenty of equipment, the ammenities, AC and everything else worked perfectly. The concierge staff were friendly and helpful. Especially Isabel who gave us a lot of advice on local customs and travel recommendations. We’d stay again!”
