"This was another burst with the pics shown vs what its like in real.. Crazy diff. Staff was good. Breakfast was awefull, few items has some smell too. Had a 1 queen bed room and it was so tiny that i cannot explain in words. The location of the hotel was also on a street where it felt like it was not that secure. Interesting how we get fooled by the pictures online."

"Elegant hotel, very quiet with amazingly comfortable beds. A very nice in-house restaurant and two upscale steak restaurants within a 1 minute walk."

"Property has a shuttle to and from hotel, which is great. Location is close to airport, just across convention center. Front desk did not want to accommodate early check in, which was very inconvenient."

"I got cramps after eating an omelet for breakfast on the first day. Housekeeping skipped our room one day and did not restock supplies on another day. "

I think having a proper little shop for travelers' needs, rather than a faulty vending machine, would make it just a wee bit better, but overall the experience was good. "

"At check in, there were two staff working the desk. BOTH staff were scrambling to help a couple who had failed to cancel and reschedule a previous reservation correctly. So, that left a very long line of us waiting to check in at 3pm. Additionally, the staff gave the couple a discounted rate that was approximately $40 less than my rate. We all know differential pricing happens, but to see it happen to one customer and not be offered the same discount was unacceptable and disconcerting."
