"Night stand drawer need to be fixed. Won’t shut and falls out and is dangerous. Seems like was installed at a downward angle. Dated hotel-scuff marks in floor and cheap laminate dresser need to be fixed or replaced-edges are coming off-again hazard. Bathtub drain needs to be unclogged-water was retaining when shower was in use. Room was clean. I always wipe down tables and sanitize room and not much dirt/dust. Great security of being buzzed in. Great that there was on site restaurant. Also water and microwave available to use in lobby. Didn’t use the gym or eat at restaurant this time. Reasonable with pricing. Close to many attractions and restaurants."

Staff was to a person friendly, helpful and accommodating even if the trip started out with a hiccup when the room we paid an upgrade for had been given away. Bummer. "We had an issue with the carpet being wet. They were able to change our room, but not our sons until the next day. The staff was very nice about it and apologized. I spoke with the manager and we are getting a refund which I really appreciated. The rooms were clean and fine. They do not have an elevator which could be a big problem for anyone who can't do stairs."

"Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Front desk guys were kind and knowledgeable. The property felt safe and secure. Our room was clean, cool and smelled nice. Pool area is beautiful! We ate in the restaurant for dinner. We were rude…so sorry guys… and showed up 30 minutes before closing but they were so kind and patient while we chose, ordered, and ate. Drinks were so good. We ate 3 appetizers, veggie tempura, gyoza, and tuna tataki. Delicious!!! In the morning we had breakfast. There were many choices everything we ate was good and hot. So happy with this stay, we will be back!"
