“Bottom line: there was no hot water and the entire hotel smelled. Our actual room seemed clean but everything reeked of something. The shower was ice cold and maintenance was not available to help. The staff, to their credit, offered to switch rooms but there was nothing available on that floor and since we were leaving in a few hours it wasn’t worth moving all the luggage just to possibly still not have hot water. I will never stay here again. ”

“This place was amazing, I love the rustic look it gave. Karl was great at communicating with us from start to finish. This was my husband and mine get away before he got back on the road so we just wanted some alone time. Only issue and it was a big one was the AC wasnt working. I called Karl and he responded in a timely manner and made arrangements to have it fixed that day. Unfortunately, it stop working again and since it was just for two night stay we managed through it.
