I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

We recently stayed at Finest Punta Cana and had a wonderful experience overall. The resort itself is beautiful, and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay. The highlight of the trip was definitely the food. We were blown away by the quality—it’s rare to find all-inclusive dining this good. Lizo, the Mexican restaurant, was fantastic, and the surf and turf was delicious. We were particularly impressed by Brass, the steakhouse; the food there was way too good for what you typically expect at an all-inclusive resort. The service was also top-notch. A huge thank you to Flor and the team at the cafe for being absolutely amazing. Wilson at the front desk was very helpful, and Alexander at the pool was the absolute man—he provided the best all-inclusive service we have ever experienced. Our kids also had a blast with the bouncy trampoline ball in the pool, and the gym was decent and well-equipped for a resort. The only downside was the room setup. We were traveling with two kids, and we were provided with one king bed and a pull-out sofa. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was horrendous, and the kids really struggled to sleep on it. If you are traveling as a family, I would definitely recommend checking with the resort regarding bedding options to ensure everyone is comfortable. Despite the sleeping arrangements, we had a fantastic time and would recommend the resort for its incredible dining and service.
