“We arrived quite late, around 9:30pm, but check-in was quick and easy. Every member of staff we encountered was incredibly polite and welcoming, and the hotel itself was absolutely spotless. The spa was still open for another half an hour when we arrived, so we made the most of that, which was lovely! My only real disappointment was the spa access restrictions, which weren’t made particularly clear when booking through Expedia. Hotel guests can only use the spa facilities between 7am–10am and……

“Everything was great: comfortable room, tasty continental breakfast. Traveler cell service and wifi limited in the area, so make certain to confirm everything before you head out!”

“nice property, quiet, well located in the country side and fairly well connected. would recommend.”

“Location was convenient for us but the room was noisy with music playing until after 11pm on both nights. Strange smell in the room and no reading lights or fridge.”

“The hotel was dated and run down. The room had marks all over wall and had a strong odour of damp. There were limited staff and the older lady at breakfast was really rude and huffed and puffed. The cups were disgusting all stained. Breakfast items kept running out.”

“All the staff were so friendly. The bar staff especially Phil were excellent. We were there for an 80th birthday. My wife lost a bracelet we asked at reception in the morning and the lovely lady on reception said she would look inn the safe... unfortunately nothing. We went to look in the room where the party was held but it had already been cleaned. A lovely young lady named Erin asked could she help, we explained what had happened and she said that a bracelet had been found and had been put……

“Not very clean.”

“房間整潔，床亦夠大，寵物友善。”

“Breakfast was really good.”

“只是床褥太軟，其他如花灑、熱水煲、燙抖等設備很好”

“Room was clean, well maintained, nice hot shower & comfy bed. Tea, coffee, biscuits and a decent size cup are always a plus ! Solo female travelling for work. Only stayed for one night but had everything I needed. Felt reasonably safe. Only issue was the 2nd cottages directions sign was on the right hand side of road & obscured by a tree branch, so I didn’t see it & my sat nav took me left at the end of the rd & up a very tight private road to a bungalow based on the post code. Not ideal ….……

“very poor experience, wanted to refuse check in and check out during midnight”

“The parking was good, always available . The room was pleasant. The food was good. The problems were - the position on a hectic main road, I didn’t see it mentioned on there review. The heat, though the weather was not hot you could barely open the windows and then had to shut them because of the noise of the traffic and then there was black mold on the bottom of the shower. The staff were pleasant though breakfast was not explained very well!”

“地方乾淨，但設備不太好。”
