“Stay one night to attend Bruno Mars concert. The location was great to walk to Ford Field (concert) and downtown Detroit to explore.
Staff was super friendly and helpful. Never made it to casino side. Room on surface looked clean, bathroom, sheets, but floors could have used a good vacuum. Told my family not to walk without shoes on. Otherwise, we liked the hotel. Would stay there again. ”

“We arrived a little after 4:00 p.m., knowing check in is at 3:00 p.m., to find out our room wasn’t ready. The lobby seats were full, presumably with others waiting for their rooms. My booking through Expedia said it came with two complimentary drink tickets, so we thought maybe we’d use those while waiting, however the receptionist said they were not included. We didn’t spend much time there, except to sleep after finally getting into our room and with our plans for the night, so I cannot vouch……

“Found feces floating in the pool from a toddler and parent who left the pool before us. Reported this to the front desk and lady was rude. Provided solution was “don’t you have a car? Can’t you go to the sister hotel and use their pool?” Was implied I would just walk in swimsuits with my kids on the sidewalk in the rain and 43 degree weather? Then rudely suggested I drive. It was her attitude and mood directed toward me over a situation that was not my fault. Not to mention we were swimming in……
