"Okay stay but I wouldn’t again. Yes, it’s very clean. But the breakfast place was closed for remodeling and there was nothing else put in its place somewhere else. I m unsure still if breakfast was included but I don’t think so-I think you had to pay. The fact I still don’t know after talking to the person who registered us says quite a lot. The wait to register was quite long and no one came to help speed up the line. Parking was okay as we always found a place. The bed was dreadful-so firm we tossed and turned all night. And finally, no personality! There was not a single picture on the barren walls. "

I contacted Expedia support on the day of check-in and was informed that my case could be reviewed if I provided documentation. After submitting the requested note, the reservation was ultimately marked as a no-show and no refund was approved because the cancellation window had passed. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, but the process was frustrating and gave me the impression there might be flexibility for medical circumstances when there ultimately was not. Future guests should carefully review the cancellation terms and not assume exceptions will be made, even in emergency situations."
