“Excellent rooms, staff, and easy access to shops. We were very surprised to find out that this hotel has a gym and a full service restaurant in the premises. My wife and I were very pleased and impressed with this hotel. We are definitely coming back.”

“Honestly I was shocked that you had to pay for parking at this property. I wouldn't have stayed had I been charged $12 per day, I would have stayed at another location in Loveland. Just make sure if you book here you realize you will charged for parking AFTER you stay. It's an unpleasant surprise. Won't stay again.”

“The staff was the only problem for me. There is a huge chunk of time when no one is working the front desk but they say its worked 24/7 and put a sign out saying back in 10 minutes but you could be there for a hour or hours or never hear from front desk staff but over a phone call that one of the house keepers has to make which makes the experience feel unprofessional. The rooms were clean the house cleaning and maintenance was professional”

“The rooms were very clean, comfortable beds and nice bathroom. Staff at check-in were helpful and kind. Bartender at the bistro was super kind and helped answer any questions. Their breakfast was subpar, taste left something to be desired and staff was not helpful. My partner received a cold burrito and staff was not able to properly refund me due to no manger on site.”
