"This is definitely a budget hotel without budget prices. When we arrived there was dark hair in the shower and ants all over the bathroom. We pulled out the sofa bed and the sheets were filthy and obviously used and not changed. That bed was unusable. The sheets in the main bed were stained but seemed clean. The walls are paper thin and the pipes in the bathroom knocked loudly all night long. Ice machine was broken and there was never anyone available at the desk for help. The ants were a problem our entire stay and the room had a weird odor. The location was good and the beds were decently comfortable but make no mistake this is a low budget motel 6 with some minor decorative upgrades."

"Ideally located one block from The Cabot performance venue, it is on a street corner near shops and restaurants. There is a local beach about 5-10 minutes away. Rooms are small but clean; ours had a loft bed which requires climbing up an attached ladder and a low ceiling. There is a parking lot which requires payment except for Sunday."
