Hotel receptionist was kinda rude charged me more money for a downgraded room and kept trying to overcharge my card after I paid the the price she quoted to change and proceeded to charge more than we agreed upon I’ve stayed here several times has the nicest suites a few times all with ocean views this last experience wasn’t the best
