“The hotel and people who worked there were nice. However, trying to fall asleep was a nightmare. If your hotel room is next to the public parking and the bars. Then I suggest you ask them to switch your room. The noise was unbearable and it was just extremely loud. I heard people laughing, screaming, crying, loud noise until about 3 in the morning, every single day.”

“There really isn’t anything negative to say about Element or it it’s staff. As a matter of fact, even giving a neutral or status quo comment would be an injustice. Right from the beginning, the staff showed how competent, friendly, and professional they are when I called to let them know that I would be arriving extremely late. Not only did they not cancel the reservation as would have been completely in their right to pet policy, they were completely understanding and reassuring. Jaime and……

“Took three chances to finally get us in a double queen room that was actually cleaned. First was a single king then a double queen that had not been cleaned. Asked for a credit card for incidentals and charged the full room amount after I already paid thru Expedia. Have a ridiculous $15 per night fee for parking. Hotel needs some TLC and some updating.”
