“The only problem we had with the hotel was the hot stuffy room/ We realise that the budget price provided a budget room without AIR CON. However we have stayed in very good 3 star hotels without this and they provide a portable fan. Would stay here again because the pool facility is wonderful. The food was good too. Just put a fan in the room without Air Con PLEASE”

“The Staff were lovely. We were upgraded which was nice. We didn't use the facilities due to lack of time but it looked good. The rooms were a little dated and needed some TLC. The shower was very good. It is a drive or taxi ride into town as the pavements are not suitable for walking. The Breakfast provided choice and it was good. Again the staff were excellent which made it taste better.”

“We had the most wonderful stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again.”

“The staff were very welcoming even when we arrived very late (23:50) somewhat wet and bedraggled after a horrendous drive in the rain up the M6. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired. We would be happy to stay again.”

“This was a great stay. A beautiful heritage property. Felicia and her Paul were fantastic hosts. We stayed with our son his wife and their 22 month old toddler. They could not have made us more welcome. Felicia was very accommodating about breakfast and other things as our son was running the Cheshire held marathon. The breakfasts were all delicious. Highly recommend this as a place to stay.”

“Its a fantastic property with clean, spacious bedrooms. Coffee (Cappuccino, Latte) and tea in the dining room/kitchen area is available all the time, along with normal room facilities. An excellent facilities throughout.”

“Nice location. Everything fine. Nice to have 2 chairs in a double room, often other places only provide 1. I have no problems with anything here, but if you're looking for points for improving ratings, I'd say TV could have been bigger (couldn't really watch it from the bed in room 6), and it would have been nice to be able to help yourself to breakfast items like cereals, milk, juice.”

“The decoration and cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, along with the spa facilities, Bennett’s Restaurant and the hotel breakfast room. The food was delicious with a nice selection. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we will be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“En preston nadie habla español, solo lis españoles y algun bar. Para cruzar la calle es un lio. Los precios son casi el doble en bares r rtes. Suciedad en aceras. Tienen varios centros comerciales juntos al igual que tiendas. El parque es espectacular, se puede comer sopas en el suelo. La estancia ha estado bien pero no vendria de turismo. ”
