“It was pretty good overall. No light switch near the bed, the duvet was too heavy. I didn't like not having a key and it was a nuisance having to keep a note of codes and having to type them in every time you entered. Also, I didn't like receiving the codes at the last minute. But these are all minor points, overall it was good.”

“The building is very tired and in my opinion, desperately in need of some maintenance. Needs a deep clean and some general maintenance. Bathroom tiles very poor. The bathroom could do with a little updating and some TLC. Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was Ok. Staff were nice. Parking was good.”

“Room was very clean as was the bathroom. It had everything you needed and it was all clearly labelled. Kingsize bed was really comfy. Curtains were blackout so no light got through. Situated in a lovely quiet area so there was no noise throughout the night. Throughly enjoyed the room. Had no issues are complaints. ”

“It was a gorgeous room and bathroom all looked brand new. Huge TV on the wall toiletries & hairdryer, iron, kettle, tea, water, earplugs & lovely kingsize bed. 80 yards from St Helens train station & carpark where I left my car overnight. Would stay again if back in St Helens.”
