“The owner never sent us check in information and we called him over 30x. We were there for a concert on Saturday night but there were 160,000 people in town for concerts. VRBO offered to pay for ONE room for ONE night and we had 6 people. The VRBO lady wouldn’t even help me find more than one room because she said it was not her problem. I hope this guy loses his rental privileges. My weekend ended up costing me $2500 more than I’d planned but we were 6 hours from home with little choice”

Chris communicated very well. My only complaint is there weren’t chairs on the balcony. We would definitely book again. And again. Everything in Charlotte is at your fingertips.
