"I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC."

"The staff was helpful but they seemed really unsupported by management. The hotel was totally slammed and the poor staff didnt have what they needed. At one point we didn’t have linens for the pullout bed and the front desk had no way of helping us aside from giving us a different room. The manager was either not on site or not available, and also unavailable by phone."

"They only had 1 elevator running. It's very over priced. You are already paying for your stay and they charge you an additional $20 for self parking or $25 for valet for each night you're there. The little convenient shop was way over priced for their food and drinks. Our 1 bed had a slope to it so made sleeping difficult. Bathroom sink if you turned the water on slow it spilled water allover the back and the shower you had to turn the head towards wall or it leaked out the door onto the floor and no water pressure. We paid $1250 for 2 nights.and did not think it was worth it. We were the for 18 year old softball tournament."

"I loved my stay the only thing that was off for me was the smell in my room to be it smelled like the rug was dirty or the products they use aren’t good I also noticed the hot tub was not clear cloudy really says no kids but kids were in there constantly so maybe that’s why the water was cloudy."
