“First and foremost, the hotel is in very poor condition and is no longer what it was a year ago. Although the pool has a heater, it is not turned on unless specifically requested. Additionally, the pool filter is not properly maintained, and when this is brought to the attention of the front desk, the response makes it feel as though guests are inconveniencing the staff by asking for basic service. The customer service is extremely disappointing, particularly at the front desk. In contrast,……

She responded graciously for making her aware and let me know it would be addressed after I checked out. The property was very well maintained and the room was disinfected very well.
