The breakfast was pretty basic. As for our room, the bed was comfy but the pillows were foldable so heads up on that for those who cant sleep on flat pillows. When getting our rooms cleaned we noticed the cleaners never really vacumed the floors and didnt top up on the toiletries when we ran out of some that we had to call the receptionist who kindly came over to hand these over to us. Overall the staff were warm and friendly and very helpful with all queries that we had. I would highly recommended this hotel if your someome who's visiting Köln for the first time." It was first class service in so many ways. We were spoiled with every expectation being met. The hotel is centrally located to the Alt Stadt (Old Town). The twin dome Cathedral, the main railway center, restaurants, brand name boutique shops, lined the quaint streets. My favorite authentic German restaurant and pub is Früh also located within a short walking distance.
