“Room and cleaning service was good. Wi-Fi was not reliable. Pool was unavailable the first night and the front desk lady had no idea why and was not very accommodating about it”

“The room looked like it was barely cleaned. Blankets/pillows were stained, hair in the sink, carpet filthy, half roll of tissue, etc. The hot tub has a brown ring around it, needs to be deep cleaned. There were kids were partying, police were there, ambulance, I got no sleep. Asked for a refund or an extra night with a clean room, they refused & gave me $20. Never again. The cookies at check In were good though. And the lady that works mornings is nice. ”

“My rooms were very clean, the grounds were clean and inviting, the breakfast was wonderful and the staff was amazing. Thank you LivINN for making our stay comfortable. ”

“No remote for tv. Got a remote, tv wasn't working. Had to get maintenance to fix it. No staff to answer the phone or at front desk. Waited a half hour before someone even came on to check us in. ”

Before you can even get out of the entryway and into the lobby, there’s a window with an opening at the bottom just big enough to slide papers under. “The room was in rough condition sink taped down dresser and night stands screwed together toilet seat loose tub caulking bad. Free breakfast was bagels, cereal, apple, waffles the juice machine out of order.”

“Caesar was very welcoming and kind at check-in. Only suggestion is to explain how parking works - I had to ask. The hotel and rooms are immaculate! The room was spotless, well-appointed and comfy. Loved it! Didn't realize there was a buger place/bar in the same building. There's a great restaurant about 2-3 blocks down the street called Salt & Flour Kitchen (not listed on the hotel website) which is fantastic! Extremely close to Target Field, but have to walk a bit to other restaurants……

“The room was cold, the door didnt close tight. The key card never worked even after a twn day stay. The gaurd, hasaan was extremely unprofessional. He asked for proof of stay and when produced he still was very unprofessional. Overall, wont be staying there again. ”
