"Th hallway smelled terrible, the elevator was hot and also smelled bad and the pool was under construction—which they don’t tell you when you book. It was also in an area with tons of other hotels, across the huge 8 lane road from a very nice open air shopping mall and you COULD NOT walk there. There was no pedestrian cross walk or lights, so it was incredibly dangerous walking over there for dinner. Ridiculous and unsafe. "

"The room was clean, however there were 3 scent plug-ins in a double room that were absolutely overwhelming. We had to unplug them and open the doors to air out the room before we could settle in. There was also an issue with the shower, the water kept pulsing on an off (ran normally for about 20 seconds, fizzled out and stopped for 5-10 seconds, came back on again with a few seconds of ice cold water before getting hot again). It's a cute family friendly place, they do allow pets in some rooms but we got a pet free room and saw no evidence of there having been animals. The balconies have many patio tables which I loved, you can sit outside and listen to the band next door. Staff was incredibly friendly even though there were a few rude guests while I was waiting to check-in but the woman at the desk maintained professionalism while helping them. Definitely hit up The Vault across the street for your morning coffee!"

"Clean room, hot tub was in operable but understand repairs need to happen. Breakfast was good for my 15 year old. This was our second stay. The last was 5 years ago and it was just as nice. We will be back."

"This place is a hidden gem. Clean rooms, off-street parking (although for extra $$$), and a super cool little courtyard with a cabana bar, outdoor fireplaces, and corn hole boards."

Patrick the manager, who should be congratulated on leading such a wonderful hotel with his amazing staff. I have never felt so important with the staff who took care of our party."
