Everything was great except we stayed 4 nights and never once was our room cleaned or towels refreshed.

The room is super clean, which is essential to us. The staff is polite and very helpful in answering questions. We have stayed here before and have enjoyed it.

The bed was a bit too soft for us, we had a stiff back the next day. The room was very clean , reception was super friendly and helpful, water and peanuts were provided at check in for a snack and it was located less than 5 min walk to the mall across the street. Great stay.

First of all, I had a wonderful day at your hotel at the front desk. Sharon and Rachel were awesome. Very kind. Sweet and accommodated. Have a wonderful attitude. That alone will make me go back. Room is very clean very spacious and beautiful. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no microwave in the room. Other than that. It was amazing. I will definitely make arrangements in the future to stay there. Thank you so much. And again Rachel and Sharon deserve a raise. No joke. Thank you again.
