NEW UPDATES 2021! Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit in the Bonita Bay community! We have a larger corner unit with 1,270 square feet plus a large wrap around lanai. The beautiful pool, hot tub, tennis courts and gas grills are steps away from our condo.

The kitchen offers granite counters and stainless appliances. We just updated the Master Suite with carpet, fresh paint, bedding and completely new and beautiful bathroom! The master bedroom features a very comfortable king size bed. The second bedroom includes two very comfortable full size beds. The screened in lanai is surrounded by beautiful palms accessible from the living area and both bedrooms. The unit is accessible by stairs or elevator.

High speed wifi and cable tv are provided. HD flat screen TVs are in both bedrooms and the living room. The washer/dryer is available for your use in the condo. The kitchen has a blender, coffee maker, toaster and microwave.

Bonita Bay is a premier property in SW Florida offering beautiful walking and bike paths, parks, marinas and Backwater Jack's Restaurant. Our unit is a short walk to the Promenade Mall which offers great shopping and several excellent dining options. We are accessible to both Fort Myers and Naples.
