“Great and very friendly staff”

“My only complaint was that our door to the hotel room was behind the front desk, which made coming and going to breakfast a little weird. But there was another door out one bedroom to the parking lot…. the window on that door didn’t stay open so it got stuffy in that room. But the remodel in this historic hotel made it such a great experience. LOVE the location and property. Close to trails and restaurants. The living room furniture in the suite wasn’t very comfortable for lounging around. But……

“寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。”

Todo está meticulosamente bien administrado, limpieza y servicio del personal del hotel y de la habitación de 100. El área de albercas y spa, es buenísima y se disfruta diariamente. Estan al pendiente de tu habitación todo el día, en las tardes pasan a dejar más botellas de agua y unas deliciosas galletas recién……

“The staff is great and very accommodating. We were upgraded to a really nice room because we were celebrating a big anniversary and it wasn’t that crowded.The location cannot be beat. Right outside the hotel is Vail Village. The hotel was not very crowded and that might be because of mountain fires and the lack of rain in the area. The pool was heated the first day, but not the next day probably because it wasn’t crowded. Also, the pool bar didn’t open during the week. It would have been nice……

“The location in vail village is perfect. We parked our car in the garage free of charge during our stay and walked to everything. The staff was top notch they even knew our names. It’s newly renovated so very clean. You can stay in a one bedroom or come with family and stay in a four bedroom suite. This will be our go to location every time we visit Vail.”
