Arrival and departure were my main issues. When arriving you can scan a barcode which is great, but if you have a question there's nobody at the desk on the one side of the self park building, so you have to navigate through the middle food and store area, then through the casino with all of your luggage to get downstairs to the main lobby which seems to be in the center of the building. After that, you need to obviously go to your room. The other insane part was leaving. Checkout was easy, can be done online, but waiting for the elevator was ridiculous. I guess they're renovating, but allegedly this has been an issue for a while... They were using freight elevators to subside, but around check out time, every single person from every single floor is trying to use the elevator. We were on the 35th floor, so 5 above the first floor in there which was 30, had to actually press UP to catch an elevator to be able to even barely fit in, to be able to go back down. So we had to travel all the way to the 50th floor without being able to fit anyone else to finally go down, stopping at each floor again, to get to the bottom. At one point some workers showed up in one of them but they wouldn't let anyone in. The elevator fiasco took about an hour to even catch one and finally get back down.
