“Great one bedroom in the heart of Old La Quinta. We had a bit of an issue with the digital locking system for the entrance, but once the host and I talked it through, all went well.Very clean place in a great locale. We will stay there again in the future.”

“Everything was exactly as advertised — clean, convenient, comfortable. We didn’t actually use the pool but it wouldn’t let me leave a review without commenting on it; however it looked nice. Just as a note: Check-in instructions and rental agreement come from the owner herself and not through VRBO, so they might land in your spam filter — check that! This happened to me so we were late with the agreement, but she was super gracious and understanding and flexible about it all. We would gladly……

“Ric is an excellent host who pays attention to every detail which made our stay most enjoyable. He was very responsive and accommodating. The condo was very clean, well stocked with amenities, nicely decorated, and quite comfortable. The location is perfect for biking, hiking, pickleball, and swimming. It was only a short walk to the restaurants and quaint little shops. We would definitely stay here again!”

“The property and unit were fine, but had a number issues , some were dealt with in a timely fashion others were not. We advised our host on the first day that cable channels not working, I suggested it was a faulty box, someone came two days later and took the box and never returned with a working one, so no cable for our 2 week stay. No butcher knife, only a broken paring knife, eventually got a new butcher knife after 7 days. The safe to store valuables never worked and I did advise them of……

“Condition of property was poor. Outdoor living patio was filthy. Went for patio living vacation and it was not acceptable. Very dusty dirty inside. Air filter and return vent full of dust. ”
