Great location. Friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. First-timers in Boston and we stayed busy. Thank you to whomever arranged the taxi at 4:00am before public transit began so we could get to the airport with a toddler.
Wonderful location. Hotel staff and maintenance were very efficient. Our only recommendation was for the breakfast buffet on the weekend which was lacking in quality for a hotel of this standing, the waiter staff could definitely use some improvement with their friendly skills.
A nice clean and very conveniently located hotel. I have stayed here in the past and was pleasantly surprised to see it had been refurbished recently. Great amenities.
Although very long, it should be noted that the pool is a lap pool. Still would be challenged to stay anywhere else in the seaport. My family loves it!
We stayed at 3 hotels this trip. This was by far the best one. From the moment we arrived, we were waited on hand and foot! Everyone acknowledged our 2 year old throughout our stay, and the valet was exceptional. We loved the amenities of the convenience area in the lobby and on site dining. This hotel is in the perfect location and close to everything we wanted to do. We loved coming to Boston, and this will be our hotel for every future trip!
I had a reservation for a single room for 1 night, followed by a double room for 1 night as part of a cruise package. I feared having to check out in the morning and check back in hours later to a different room, but the receptionist gave me a double room for two nights, allowing me spend a full day exploring the Seaport area.
I was very grateful for that.
Very professional and clean property which carries through to every experience. From the staff at breakfast to the front desk, house keeping, concierge and valet the same exceptional quality experience is delivered.
This hotel was incredibly clean, the staff was great, there's a Starbucks attached, and it is so close to Leader Bank. It's only about a 3 minute walk. Great restaurants around. Seaport all within walking too.

Clean room, nice bar and restaurant, great location, front desk helpful
This was our second time staying at The Seaport Renaissance, and we were very pleased.
The hotel is well situated in a quiet area of Seaport, with many dining and shopping options within walking distance. Public transit is also very easily accessible.
The staff are kind and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and clean.
